Recently I ran across a recipe for Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate “Ice Cream” and it’s just as good. I promise. Just look at the pictures on the website, What Stephanie Made. You’ll think you’re seeing ice cream.
It’s easy to make and the ingredients can be changed up for variety. Just use frozen bananas as the base and you are on your way to a healthier frozen treat with an added bonus of no cows harmed.
P.S. One tip I would suggest after making this recipe several times. If your food processor can’t mix all the ingredients because it’s too thick then just add a little almond, hemp or soy milk. Just a little will do the trick. Enjoy!
