Demystifying Vegan Food: What I Ate on Monday

My theme for VeganMoFo is demystifying vegan food by posting photos of all my meals for the month of October. You will see what the average vegan really eats. Sometimes the food I eat may seem weird or unfamiliar but mostly you’ll find I eat food which is familiar — just without the animal products. It really is easy being vegan.

Food Notes

  • I start every day with coffee, but forgot to take a picture.
  • For breakfast, I enjoy non-breakfast type foods.
  • I try to eat a salad everyday. It doesn’t always happen but today it did.
  • With all my food displayed in one place, it’s easy to see what else is missing from my meals besides animal products — fruit! I need to work on that.
  • I drink water throughout the day. It’s my favorite beverage.
