Step 11: Eat Whole Foods
Start adding more whole foods into your diet like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans and legumes, tofu, and nuts and seeds. What we want to do here is crowd out the animal products with healthy plant-based foods. Enjoying vegan junk food from time-to-time is fine but let’s not make it the majority of our diets. Focus on whole foods. Taste buds change. The more often you eat healthy, whole foods, the more you will want to eat them.
